The new tool has several features the other tool did not and will receive constant updates. Features:So I decided to try NCAA 14, this is not the revamped version, this is the original PS3 version. And I find that it runs "decent" and maintains a relative 30 frames per second when all the shaders have been loaded and you've played the game for a little bit. However you still get those audio issues, a little bit of static, it comes and goes. NCAA 14 is a solid game without revamped, you don't have to have it. In a sense revamped just adds new and updated graphics/logos, however all the playoff/recruiting/etc. mods can be done with the base game. You can also buy a normal PS3 and then do the revamped stuff for free on your own after you get it, that doesn't require some kind of ...
