If you mean the requirements to unlock it, it means get each of the equipment drops from the first titan at least once. If it is about the challenge itself, it disables all of the bonuses from equipment for the duration of the challenge, including adventure stats so you will need bonuses from other sources to compensate. The first reward of 3 times faster magic NGU speed would require an increase of 73% from whta you currently have on both magic cap and magic power in order to get the same result.
