Transmission was last serviced at 115K, just fluid and filter change. Plugs were done at 100K. I don't know about the 6R80 but on the previous models with 4R75 a converter was around $700 and installation would probably run in the neighborhood of $500-$750 depending on shop and labor rates. My guess is that for the 6R80 those prices would go up.
