ISLANDIA, NY — An Islandia woman was critically injured in a six-vehicle crash in Islandia on Wednesday morning, Suffolk police said.Wrong-way driver Thomas Raimondo, 61, of Holbrook, was killed when he crashed head-on into Jose Ferreira, 32, of West Babylon, who also died at the scene, police said.The crash closed down a stretch of all westbound lanes for hours. All lanes have since reopened.
